5MLK is a mixed-use building at the east Burnside bridgehead. It features a multitude of common spaces, all outfitted with custom audio, video and control systems furnished by Ohm Systems.
LoLo Pass is a newly opened Hostel-Hotel located on Portland’s east side. We worked closely with ownership and the construction team on the building’s AV and Surveillance systems.
