Koin Tower Lobby Video Wall

The Koin Tower Video Wall project is a strategic upgrade that enhances display capabilities while leveraging existing infrastructure to minimize disruption and maintain operational continuity. The outdated LCD displays and head-end equipment were removed and recycled, but the content management system (CMS) and category cabling remained in place, preserving valuable resources.

The centerpiece of this upgrade is the installation of a new Planar 1.8mm LED video wall, configured in an 8x16 display array, covering approximately 15’-9” wide by 17’-9” high. This new system will deliver a superior visual experience, ensuring sharper images and greater impact for viewers. Two Planar video processors will replace the legacy models, and the existing cabling infrastructure will continue to deliver content seamlessly, streamlining the transition process.

This project exemplifies a forward-thinking approach to technology upgrades—enhancing the overall system while retaining key components, ensuring that Koin Tower remains at the cutting edge of display technology.
