Steelhead Surgical SE Office
Our friends at Steelhead Surgical recently moved into a beautiful space in SE Portland. They work with cutting edge surgical tools and needed an AV system to match the level of technology they are accustomed to.
The building has beautiful open wood beam architecture which the design team embraced and so did we, with pendant speakers and floating microphones. In addition to offices, Steelhead and Arthrex use the space for training and collaboration with medical teams, so to make sure video and audio from the laboratory was available throughout the space we used an IP video system to distribute video throughout. The large Training Room has pendant speakers to complement the open, high ceilings, and two 8 array microphones so everyone can be a part of remote meetings and training. There is also a beautiful break area, lounge and rooftop patio that have music and cable available at the push of a button. Crestron control was utilized to easily control content and source selection throughout the space for ease of use.
The building is an amazing combination of old and new, technology and nature and we're happy to have been a part of it.
