The Residences at 11W

Experience the pinnacle of luxury living at The Residences at 11W. Ohm Systems was enlisted to design and install the audio, video and control systems in the building’s amenities spaces, which span levels 1, 8, and 25.

The ground floor consists of the resident lobby, office gym, dog lounge, and a small lounge area. All areas feature Sonance recessed ceiling speakers that harmonize seamlessly with lighting, creating an immersive audio ambiance. The office gym and lounge area both have 65” commercial displays in addition to room speakers, and accommodate a variety of input sources.

Ascend to Level 8 for a richer workout experience with six speakers in the resident gym, alongside a 65” display and streaming music. On Level 25, the TV lounge and living room immerse you in captivating sound through recessed speakers, partnered with a 85” and a 75” commercial 4K display respectively. Continue to the pool area, where QSC weather-resistant surface-mount speakers surround the pool.

Step out onto the west and north patios to bask in the great outdoors with stake-mounted speakers that blend in to the landscaping. Control is at your fingertips through password-protected screens and Crestron controllers.
