Olympic's administrative system utilizes state-of-the-art technology to efficiently administer Medicare insurance programs for our client insurers and health plans. The functionality provided includes Enrollment and Policy Issue, Premium Billing and Collection, Claims Processing, Customer Service, Automated Correspondence, Pre-Authorization and Case Management services. Olympic's system utilizes client/server technology consisting of a Windows based GUI (graphical user interface) front-end application that allows fast, user-friendly access to information, and an Oracle database back-end that delivers responsive transaction processing. Very high availability and reliability is provided by our Sun/Solaris server platform. Reporting is provided by a separate reporting server that is refreshed on a weekly basis. By utilizing state-of-the-art technology, Olympic provides fast, efficient and highly reliable administrative solutions.
